Job Description

We’re looking for a customer-focused, and positive customer support associate who can take end-to-end ownership of assigned customer requests and deliver prompt resolution primarily through phone, email, ticket system, and online chat channels. You will be closely involved in interacting with customers on a day to day basis, clarifying and resolving customer complaints and queries, determining the cause of the problem, providing the best resolution.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries, understand their issues, and communicate estimated TAT.
  • Be open to communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues and development team as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Candidate Requirements

  • Any Bachelor’s degree or a similar qualification.
  • Previous experience in customer support role will be beneficial.
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
  • Multilingual skill highly preferred.
  • High energy, confident and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Professional telephone etiquette / email etiquette.
  • Good communication and rapport building skills.
  • Experiance in Google sheet, Excel, Word documents.
