Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic telemarketer to generate sales either by cold calling or answering requests in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to buy products or services. A successful telemarketer must be friendly and persuasive. You must be able to understand the customer’s requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs.

Job Responsibilities

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Explain product key benefit and features to qualified leads.
  • Making 75 - 100 outbound calls a day to new contacts and follow-up prospects.
  • Collect detailed costomer information to understand their basic needs and requirements.
  • Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.

Candidate Requirements

  • Any Bachelor’s degree or a similar qualification.
  • Previous experience in a Telesales/Telemarketing role will be beneficial.
  • Multilingual skill highly preferred.
  • High energy, confident and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Professional telephone etiquette / email etiquette.
  • Good communication and rapport building skills.
  • Experiance in Google sheet, Excel, Word documents.
