Job Description
We are looking to hire a talented hybrid mobile application developer to build and maintain mobile application with Ionic Cordova/jQuery mobile tech stack. Developer should have the ability to write well-structured code, have in-depth knowledge of mobile interface usability, understanding of designs libraries, interacting with server using RESTful APIs, and working knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS3.
Job Responsibilities
- Writing front-end code and building functionality using HTML5, CSS3, and jQuery.
- Improve rendering performance and memory optimizations to create a performant UI/UX.
- Implementation of Cordova plugin to access mobile native features like geo location, camara, and more.
- Troubleshooting application and code issues for both functionality and UI/UX.
- Integrating RESTful APIs to communicate with backend server for data source.
- Responding to integration requests from web front-end developers.
- Updating and altering application features to enhance performance.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a similar field.
- Knowledge of Js-frameworks including jQuery Mobile (preferred), AngularJS, and node.js.
- Knowledge of UI technologies including CSS3, JavaScript, and HTML5.
- Understanding of object-oriented PHP programming.
- Previous experience creating scalable applications.
- Proficient with code versioning tools including Git, Mercurial, CVS, and SVN.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs with XML and JSON data handling.
- Experience using Agile practices Scrum, continuous integration, and unit testing to deliver solutions.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
